Implant Referrals

We are happy to undertake any level of Implant Dentistry for your patients that you would like us to do including patient assessment, implant placement, bone grafting and sinus lift/augmentation or a full implant case referral. Here at Cox and Hitchcock we strive to look after your patient and can keep you involved in the treatment process if you wish. If you would like to discuss any of your patients needs at any point please dont hesistate to contact us.

CBCT Scan Referrals

Dental CT scans allow dentists to plan for complex dental procedures with incredible precision and accuracy by providing information about jaws in all three dimensions. Refer a patient to us for a CBCT scan for £125. If you would like a report to be completed by a consultant radiologist on your scan there is a fee of £95.

We are able to provide your scan on a disc with the iDixel Web platform-independent interface allowing images to be viewed using a conventional web browser from any device, including a Mac, iPad or PC, without the need for additional software.
It has all the tools necessary for managing and reviewing scans, and provides options for multiple image processing. The findings, diagnosis, planning and treatment can be explained to the patient in a detailed, but accessible, way.
We can also provide it in DICOM format for use in your own software for implant planning.

Endodontic Referrals

Endodontic referrals will be handled by Dr Kevin Burford, a General Dentist with a special interest in Endodontics.

Surgical Referrals

We are happy to accept all types of surgical referrals, including complex wisdom tooth extractions, surgical apicectomies, soft tissues biopsies and all forms of implant referrals. We have facilities to take CBCT scans where appropriate and will treat your patient and report all outcomes back to you.
